Salon Policies
Card on File Requirement
All appointments require a VALID card on file to secure your booking. NO EXCEPTIONS. This allows us to reserve your appointment time and ensures our cancellation and no-show policies are applied fairly to all clients.
Any late cancellations, no-shows, or rebooking fees will be charged to the card on file according to the cancellation policy.
Please bring your payment method you wish to secure your sevice at the time of your appointment. The card used for booking is only for securing your appointment and does not replace your required form of payment at checkout.
Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, all first-time clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimated service total. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment outside of our cancellation policy or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us reserve dedicated time for each guest.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time of both our guests and our stylist, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment three (3) separate times within the 48-hour cancellation window, your online booking privileges will be removed. Future appointments must be scheduled by calling the salon.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service total, whichever is greater.
Appointments canceled on the day of your appointment will be considered a no-show.
Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file used to secure your appointment.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged a minimum no-show fee of $50 or 100% of your scheduled service total, whichever is greater.
After a no-show, future appointments will be accepted on a call-in only basis, and a deposit may be required before booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals affect my schedule and other clients. Please respect your appointment time as I respect yours.
5-10 Minutes Late: Your appointment may need to be changed by shortening or removing services to stay on schedule. The full scheduled service price will still apply.
15+ Minutes Late: If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be cancelled, and the full cancellation/no-show fee will apply. For longer color appointments, I may be able to modify your services to fit the remaining appointment time; however, the full scheduled service price will still apply.
Habitual Tardiness: Clients who arrive late to three or more appointments within a 12-month period will incure a $15 late arrival fee on future late appointments.
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Right to Refuse Service
The safety, comfort, and well-being of my clients, co-stylists, and myself are my top priorities. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who poses a health or safety risk or engages in rude, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Lice, contagious skin infections, or open wounds on the scalp, face, or neck.
-
Symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, persistent coughing, vomiting, or other signs that may put others at risk.
-
Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, intoxication, sexual comments or conduct, or any behavior that makes me or others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
If service is refused or discontinued for any of the reasons above, you may be asked to leave immediately. Depending on the circumstances, future appointments may be delayed until the issue has been resolved or permanently declined if personal or professional boundaries have been violated.
I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone in my chair.
Adjustments & Post-Service Corrections
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns about your cut or color, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment.
If I did not achieve the agreed-upon result discussed during your consultation, I will gladly make the necessary correction at no additional charge.
If you decide you would like a different look or change from the original consultation, the additional service will be treated as a new appointment and charged according to my current service menu.
I will make every effort to schedule approved adjustments as soon as possible.
Requests made more than 7 days after your original appointment fall outside the adjustment period and will be considered a new service, with standard pricing applying.
